The 50 page magazine provides articles, commentary and ads on toy trains, track builds and other train/railroadania, primarily in black and white, but some red type and drawings throughout. The monthly publication was published by Penn Publications in Silver Spring, MD. The magazine is in good condition, with all pages intact. There is some cover wear and tear, primarily at the staple binding, though it is still affixed.
